General-purpose XMPP server. Provided XMPP service includes:

• HTTPS File Upload service (1GB limit, old uploads expire for new uploads, when quota is reached)
• Native Matrix bridge (experimental)
• Multi-User Chat service for hosting federated chatrooms
• SOCKS5 Proxy (for online P2P file transfer; considered legacy)
• PubSub service endpoint
• Hosted web-clients such as Movim and converse.js (self-contained, no external script sources)

Governance and moderation of each chatroom is the responsibility of each chatroom owner/founder. Each chatroom may designate it's own terms of moderation, and it's criteria of allowed behavor/content.

Prohibited activities (in any chatroom, or directed communication) includes:

• activities that violate US law,
• any content that sexualizes minors,
• any activity of sharing pornographic content to minors,
• any actions intended to disrupt or exploit provided services (except in the course of authorized pentesting),
• any invasive mass-marketing or bulk advertising campaigns

Prohibited activities does not include (unless prohibited by chatroom-level rules, or remote server rules):

• Dismissive, derogatory, controversial speech or content
• Offending someone
• Protected speech under US law
